Effectively manage a caseload of 150-180 claims

Conduct initiations in a timely manner

Maintain compliance with diary management, closure ratio, reserving practices

Liability analysis, recommendation letters, appraisal reviews

Cost effectively mitigate settlements within approved authority
-
Appropriately report excess carrier claims and maintain future updated reporting.

Secure appropriate authority to settle.

Conduct file reviews independently
-
Promptly return calls and email communications in a professional manner
-
Adhere to company policy
-
Other duties as assigned.
Preferred
Skills include:

Maintain compliance with state licensing and adherence to rules and regulations as an adjuster authorized in the state.

Effectively utilize the computer system

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in word and excel (preferred)
